Accountability
01 - COMMUNICATION - NEVER let the artist / creator without any response and specially when they are engaging into the project without any explaination.
02 - ORGANIZATION - please, big projects with larger petitions / details deserves to be organized. Can be through Google Docs, good typing with paragraphs, by topics with every details needed (sizes, animation frames, etc...)
03 - WORK & AVAILABILITY - I'm completely commited to work flat out next to full-time, weekends are negotiated or completely paused for breaks.

04 - ART DIRECTION - All commissioned request will be featured on my professional portfolio, I'm aiming to fulfill a request that follows the same / superior level of quality, consistent sizes, render quality, etc...
05 - ADAPT TO STYLE (LIMITS) - I can point some games that I'm pretty open minded to adapt to style: Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Stardew Valley, Terraria, Minecraft.
06 - REV-SHARE / CROWDFUNDING - I ONLY TAKE this option ONCE the project have been funded before and the owner are able to pay the artist properly (monthly / weekly & hourly basis).
07 - NO NFTs - I do not offer my service as an NFT or anything related.
08 - ENGLISH - Able to speak english properly.
* Breaking / Negligacing the articles 01 & 04 will result the cancelation of the commission and also be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.
* 06 - I DON'T ACCEPT Crowdfunding projects that are unable to pay the artist properly since the beginning (monthly / weekly & hourly basis).

For Indie / Game Project - If we go on a milestone plan type of work, It'll be up to 750CHF in a 50/50% method first time commission.
COMMUNICATION (Again...) - For long-term Game Project, please do not let me without news, updates about the project, so I may think that the project are being worse and I'll give priority for the next proposals of my schedule!
LONGER REQUESTS - please organize your requests through Google Drive or by topics with every details needed (sizes, animation frames, etc...)
Regular Commissions - First time commissions will be up to 350 CHF, so please describe what will be the request, provide references for the idea you expect to be on the final project and technical details like the canvas sizes of the design... Or feel free to point a design I've worked before and describe your ideas!
Work & Availability: I'm completely commited to work flat out next to full-time, weekends are negotiated or completely paused for breaks.
Payment Process
Paypal
On top of every commission, theres a paypal fee (3.9%) to add.
Theres an additional 5% convertion fee. to add.
Sometimes Paypal will put the money on hold, so the customer will be warned to confirm TWICE instead of waiting for 48 hours after sending the money.
International bank transfer
You can also choose this one, for me, It's the best method, since the taxes will be lesser than paypal (Paypal Tax + CVT Fee) and the value will be straight to the currency sent to my bank.
Company Invoice
For companies within the US or EU the normal Tax Terms will be added to the prices and convertion fee (+VAT) (+5% cvt. fee)Due to the trading agreement Between EU and US, US companies will get an EU invoice.If your US or EU Bank provides a cheaper transaction fee than Paypal, we can do an international Bank transfer.We can do a Bank transaction, through Wise Transfer.
